Factory team training on developing skill for producing & controlling the standards of the new visual.
Initiating & leading the discussion between Marketing teams ( local & Regional) and Factory team on agreeing standards balancing between market expectation & factory capability.
Egypt factory is cleared as the sourcing site of Lifebuoy in North, Central & parts of South Africa
Tremendous change in processing and formulation of roll-ons in Egypt were Deos Egypt market was
based on alcohol base formulation. This needed leadership change at third party manufacturer in the following areas:
Lead a team of third party and in house engineering to identify equipments needed and commissioning.
Lies with the regional team for clearance of the new process.
- So, Egypt becomes one of only four sites around the glob producing this formulation.
